Foundation

The NSKA is an independent foundation that is managed according to the board model and the board members work without pay. There is no bonus policy and no bonuses are paid to the directors. The implementation of the policy is in the hands of a board of directors, consisting of an artistic and a business director.

The tasks, responsibilities and powers of the board and the management are included in a board regulation. The NSKA uses the Governance Code Culture for good governance and supervision and the Code Fair Practice for fair remuneration in the cultural sector.
